Thank you for your interest in hiring Batheaston New Village Hall
If you would like to make a booking, please follow the steps below
- Take a look at the Facilities on offer and decide which room(s) you would like to hire
- Check the Hire Rates for the room(s) you would like to hire
- Check the Booking Calendar to see if the date and room(s) you require is available.
- Contact our Bookings Manager by email – booking@batheastonhall.org to make an initial enquiry.
- If the booking is to be reserved, then a booking form will be sent to you to complete.
- Please read the Terms and Conditions of Hire
- When ready to book
- Complete the Booking Form, signing to confirm you agree to the Terms and Conditions of Hire
- Pay the agreed deposit, or full payment by bank transfer (details on the Booking Form)
- Scan or photograph the Booking Form and send this, as an attachment to an email, back to the Bookings Manager.
- The Bookings Manager will advise on how to access the Hall (keys, security, fire safety, parking etc.)
