Thank you for your interest in hiring Batheaston New Village Hall

If you would like to make a booking, please follow the steps below

  1. Take a look at the Facilities on offer and decide which room(s) you would like to hire
  2. Check the Hire Rates for the room(s) you would like to hire 
  3. Check the Booking Calendar to see if the date and room(s) you require is available.
  4. Contact our Bookings Secretary, Glenys Adams  by email – glenysadams@gmail.com to make an initial enquiry.  (Also 07968 293083)
  5. If the booking is to be reserved, then a booking form will be sent to you to complete.
  6. Please read the Terms and Conditions of Hire
  7. When ready to book
  8. Complete the Booking Form, signing to confirm you agree to the Terms and Conditions of Hire
  9. Pay the agreed deposit, or full payment by bank transfer (details on the Booking Form)
  10. Scan or photograph the Booking Form and send this, as an attachment to an email, back to the Bookings Manager glenysadams@gmail.com 
  11. The Bookings Manager will advise on how to access the Hall (keys, security, fire safety, parking etc.)
