Thank you for your interest in hiring Batheaston New Village Hall

If you would like to make a booking, please follow the steps below

  1. Check the Booking Calendar to see if the date and room you require is available.
  2. Contact the Hall Administrator by email – batheastonhallbooking@gmail.com to make an initial enquiry. 
  3. A booking form will be sent to you to complete.
  4. Ensure that you understand the Hire Rates and agree to the “Terms and Conditions of Hire”.

  7. When ready to book, complete the Booking Form, pay the deposit by bank transfer and email as an attachement back to the Hall Administrator
