Exciting News

We are now approaching a most exciting point in the project. Our revised design, which will much more suit our budget, has been universally accepted by the village and the Planning Department at B&NES have granted planning permission.  Our consultancy team of designers and engineers are now putting the finishing touches to the specific design detail in the tender package, which will be issued to local builders at the end of June and they will be invited to tender a bid to take on the contract.  The selection process should take between six and eight weeks so we expect to have a preferred contractor in place and ready to begin the building works by the beginning of September.
