Friday & Saturday Evening, Main Hall Hire for adult parties and events
From January 2026 we are trialling allowing evening adult parties once again which will be reviewed at the end of March.
Evening adult parties - rates from £150-250 depending on the format and number of attendees, with music and alcohol to finish by 10pm and the venue vacated by 10.30pm. (Our caretaker will attend to ensure the building is vacated by 10.30pm). To enquire please email booking@batheastonhall.org with details of the event. A refundable waiver of £50 - £250 is also payable against damage and contravention of our terms and agreed finish times.
Large Field
(below the Terrace)
£5 per hour. Can be booked as an add on to the Main Hall booking or can be booked seperately. Must be selected on Hallmaster at time of booking.
Children’s Party Hire

Childrens parties - weekends are at peak pressure and we need to be able to accommodate as many bookings as possible therefore party timings must allow for events before and or after. We can potentially fit in three parties on a weekend day 9am-12noon, 12-3pm and 3-6pm. The price for the main hall for 3 hours is £65. See also “Field Hire” above.
The time booked must allow for set up and clear and clean
The use of the kitchen is free unless you wish to use the oven and or hob in which case there is a £20 to ensure cleaning is carried out between uses.
The rooms, kitchen and toilets must be clear, cleaned left ready for the next hire and rubbish must be taken home.
Wedding Reception Hire
Friday 3pm to Sunday noon – £1,500 for exclusive use of hall.
