ABOUT THE SESSION
Immerse yourself in a deeply relaxing one-hour gong and sound bath designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind and restore balance to the body.
As you lie comfortably, you’ll be bathed in the soothing vibrations of gongs and other therapeutic instruments. These resonant sounds can help release tension, ease stress, and encourage a meditative state—often described as a full-body reset.
No experience is needed—simply come, get comfortable, and allow yourself to rest.
WHAT TO BRING
For your comfort, please bring: • A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on • A blanket (your body temperature may drop as you relax) • A cushion or pillow • An eye mask or scarf (for deeper relaxation) • A bottle of water
Open to adults aged 18+. Young people aged 16–17 are welcome with a parent or guardian.
IMPORTANT HEALTH INFORMATION
Please contact Karina before attending if you: • Are in your first trimester of pregnancy • Have epilepsy • Have a severe mental health condition • Have cancer • Have a pacemaker • Have had a recent operation or fracture • Have any ear conditions or sound sensitivity
If you’re unsure whether this session is suitable for you, please get in touch. Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell or have a cough or cold.
TAKE TIME FOR YOURSELF
This is your time to pause, switch off, and be held in a space of sound and stillness. Many people leave feeling lighter, calmer and deeply restored—like they’ve had a full reset for both body and mind.
