ABOUT THE SESSION

Immerse yourself in a deeply relaxing one-hour gong and sound bath designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind and restore balance to the body.

As you lie comfortably, you’ll be bathed in the soothing vibrations of gongs and other therapeutic instruments. These resonant sounds can help release tension, ease stress, and encourage a meditative state—often described as a full-body reset.

No experience is needed—simply come, get comfortable, and allow yourself to rest.
