A Guided Meditation session with Poppy for all levels of experience, from beginners to those with an existing meditation practice.
Each session begins with theory and a series of mindful practices for relaxation and focus (inc. breath and gentle movement), moves into a healing visualisation and deeper meditation, and includes contemplations, teachings and moments for reflection.
They are specifically designed to help create a more peaceful state of being by de-stressing the physical body and mind and making space to unite with that place of love, light and beauty that emanates from within.
